We had our Aunt’s repass here and could not have been more pleased with not only the venue but with the staff. From my first meeting with Chariti until we left the venue she was consistent, professional and ensure that my family was good. Her empathy toward my uncle and her diligence in ensuring what I told her about the caterer was done meant the world to me as a Wedding Planner. Her and her team were ABSOLUTELY amazing. I can't wait to bring a client and work with them again.

Shanna was very kind as and explained the whole process. She’s going to give us some quotations for the backdrop, chairs, tables, charger plates, decorations, and various other items. She simplify the process for us.

Signature Manor was everything and more. I just previously had my wedding here and they made my wife and I special day unforgettable. Our wedding coordinator was Madison, she was very professional and nice and accommodating. 10/10 recommend

From top to bottom, Signature Manor was magnificent! This place was perfect for our wedding reception and we couldn’t have been more lucky to find such a beautiful venue with such an awesome and attentive staff provided by Houston Event Planning. We loved how stunning and gorgeous the lobby, ballroom, staircases, bridal and groom suites were and how clean the entire venue is. And we loved that we had the entire venue to ourselves. We could not have survived the entire wedding planning and day without the wonderful staff HEP provided. Akshay greeted us so graciously and helped us select and customize a wedding package we could afford. Alice, who always has such a big smile and is always so welcoming, made sure we were taken care of before and during the wedding day. She was such a delight to work with. Asia’s help during our wedding day was incomprehensible. From morning to night, she went above and beyond the call of duty. We feel very fortunate to have had her there for us. And Alex, who was our coordinator from day one, took such good care of us and helped us envision a perfect wedding reception. We are Samunder Club of Houston, 164 families strong, and the reason we chose this venue was because of a) the entrance foyer with its dual curved staircase, b)the gorgeous chandeliers, c) the trouble-free parking spaces, and d) the general décor of the place. We were not disappointed. Of course the area is not nice, but after 6pm the night softens the neighborhood. Be sure what you agree to, because what is in the contract Signature Manor will make sure it is done to the smallest detail, but anything more generates an expensive change order. So plan well before you sign the contract. Our experience, though a bit pricey, was excellent. Akshay Tyagi the Manager, and Angela Echeverry the Event Coordinator were helpful right from the start. They gave us a lot of freebies too!. On event day, they were present throughout the event. They have radios and if you want the lights turned up a bit they do it within a few seconds! Very nice. For our event on December 2nd, 2016, they obliged us with a free Christmas Tree and 2 Nutcracker soldiers in the entrance foyer.
